Goals for Quality Work
Quality work must satisfy internal and external quality demands and contribute to the achievement of the goals fomulated in the University`s document for goals and strategies.
- Those responsible at various levels must further develop and promote structures and processes to monitor, ensure, and enhance excellence in activities.
- The involvement and professional approach of employees, including continuous self-critical review of their own work, must constitute a central component of the culture of quality.
- The influence and responsibility of students and doctoral candidates must be strengthened by effective routines and forms for their engagement in work to further advance education at all levels.
Support for Quality Work
The Quality and Evaluation Unit promote and support quality, quality work and quality assessments within undergraduate and graduate programmes and courses.
Division for Development of Teaching and Learning provides opportunities for professional development in higher education teaching. The campus-wide courses and support system are open to all faculty members and graduate students with teaching responsibilities.
Uppsala Learning Lab disseminate knowledge about how IT can be used in teaching and research projects. This is done via seminars, courses, supervision, and departmental visits.
